House Rules

Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a shoe tray for shoes inside the door. There is an additional $100 pet cleaning fee for guests with pets for the extra time it takes to clean and sanitize for the next guest. We allow dogs but not cats without express written approval

Quiet neighborhood. Complex is right behind the fire department however, they do not sound their sirens at night. Brown's Park (free parking) has a splash pad, jungle gym, basketball and volleyball courts, and a newly built skate park.

Justin was absolutely incredible! He responded quickly and was flexible when our plane arrived early. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. He was even kind enough to share where he got them! Will definitely stay again

This place was exactly what we were looking for! great location with easy access to see ixes and stores. The place itself was just perfect for the three of us. and though it was the bottom unit of a 4plex, it was surprisingly quiet! The only reason we knew we had neighbors was because we saw them outside. The decor is very on trend and all of the amenities were easy to find and perfect. we would love to stay again!

Find us

Very close to a bus stop and Uber/Lyft are reasonable in the area. Albertson's is about 1.5 miles away with 2 gas stations, the park, STCU credit union. a local pizza place, a coffee stand, a Mexican restaurant, and Subway all between the apartment and the store.
