Very simple one bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 with a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a foldable table and chairs in the bedroom closet for use.

House Rules

Please start the dishwasher and a load of towels before your departure. Please remove your shoes. If you have a pet there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 to compensate for the time it takes to remove all pet dander for the next guest. We allow dogs but not cats without express written approval

Quiet neighborhood. Complex is right behind the fire department however, they do not sound their sirens at night. Brown's Park (free parking) has a splash pad, jungle gym, basketball and volleyball courts, and a newly built skate park.

Nice place to stay for a good value. Clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Easy to find and easy to get into, with plenty of space to park. The host was super responsive and good at communicating.

We enjoyed our quick trip to Spokane. The apartment is in a convenient location. The space is clean. It includes board games, netflix, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra sheets, and kitchen utensils. The bed/pillows were comfortable. There was a coffee maker with pods, decaf only (just in case you need regular-bring your own) OR there's cute little coffee drive thrus or pastry shops closeby 😄

Great host!!! Usually responded to questions within 10-15 min. We had an issue with the clothes dryer on a Saturday, and he got someone to come on a Sunday to make sure it was fixed right away! Very impressed. Loved the place too! Neighborhood is nice as are the neighbors!

Find us

Very close to a bus stop and Uber/Lyft are reasonable in the area. Safeway Grocery Store is about 1.5 miles away with 2 gas stations, the park, STCU credit union. a local pizza place, a coffee stand, a Mexican restaurant, and Subway all between the apartment and the store.
